The 2025 Yuyao Plastics Expo has successfully concluded, and  Lizhu Machinery once again became a highlight of the show with its solid technical expertise and professional service. During the exhibition, Lizhu Machinery showcased three representative models, demonstrating the company’s commitment to innovation, automation, and customer-oriented solutions.

The first exhibit, the LZ-800-3V-2R, is equipped with a high-performance servo motor and a low base design to enhance operator convenience and automation integration. The live demonstration featured a fully automated production system for Automotive ABS Sensors, integrated with dual robotic arms to perform product pickup, inspection, and continuous production—achieving 24-hour unattended operation. The second machine, the LZ-600-3V-2R, is a dual station rotary table vertical injection molding machine driven by a servo system. With an injection capacity of approximately 150g, the machine offers high efficiency, energy savings, and stable performance, making it suitable for a wide range of production requirements.

The third exhibit, the LZ-450D, adopts a single sliding table structure that facilitates manual insert loading and product removal. It can also be integrated with a robotic arm for fully automated operation, achieving flexibility and productivity in one system.
